How Telehealth Works
Our sessions are delivered online via secure platforms such as Coviu or Zoom. You don’t need to download complicated software—just a device with internet, camera, and microphone. Telehealth allows you to access therapy wherever you are, with the same privacy and effectiveness as in-person sessions.
