Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens: schedules change, emergencies come up, and plans shift. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, our telehealth appointment cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both you and your psychologist.
 

Please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may need it.
 

Cancellations made within 48 hours or missed sessions will incur a partial or full session fee, depending on notice time. We’re always open to discussing exceptional circumstances. Just reach out to our admin team for support.
 

Our goal is to make rescheduling online therapy sessions simple and stress-free. We value your time and commitment, and we’re here to make therapy fit your life.

Cancellation Notice Period

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: No fee applies.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed session: A 70% late-cancellation or no-show fee applies.


This applies to all appointment types, including Self-Referral, Bulk-Billing, WorkCover, and Insurance-funded sessions.
