Please be aware before booking your appointment;

  • Please note that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. A reminder and confirmation text/SMS will be sent to you 3 days prior to your appointment. If you do not reply to this confirmation text/SMS within 48 hours prior to your appointment OR do not attend your confirmed appointment, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • We use Halaxy for all of our bookings, financial transactions, and Medicare rebates processing. For more information about Halaxy Payment security please click here

  • Rebated Medicare sessions will have an out of pocket expense. Please be aware that you must pay the full fee (including transaction fee) from your nominated debit/credit card before we can process your Medicare rebate of (General Psychologist) $92.90 or $136.35 (Clinical Psychologist). Additionally, the client must attend their therapy session to claim the rebate.

  • Tele-Psych uses COVIU for all online consultations. To avoid delays please attempt to join your appointment at least 5 minutes before your appointment time. We recommend you perform a pre-test call to test your device. This will ensure that your video, audio and connection is working correctly.
