Booking Appointment Terms

When you book a session with Tele-Psych, you’re taking an important step toward better mental health - and we’re here to make that experience smooth and transparent.
 

All appointments are booked through our secure online system. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your session details, payment instructions, and a video link for your consultation.
 

Our telehealth psychology session terms include:

  • Sessions typically last between 50 minutes.

  • Payments are required after the session.

  • Medicare rebates apply for eligible clients with a valid GP referral Mental Health Care Plan.

  • If you’re running late, your psychologist will wait up to 15 minutes before the session is considered missed.

 

We’ve designed our online therapy booking process to be straightforward, so you can focus on what truly matters - your wellbeing.

General Terms of Booking

When you book an appointment with Tele-Psychs, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

  • Attend your scheduled session on time and in a suitable private environment.

  • Review and agree to our Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy prior to your session.

  • Understand that all bookings are made in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) unless otherwise stated.
